2 Facts Multiplication Activity Pack
In this Multiplication Activity Pack, students will get hands-on practice learning how to multiply by two. This activity bundle will encourage and explicitly teach students to think about multiplying by two in the same way they would think about doubling in addition. This resource includes a 5-minute tutorial video that demonstrates this strategy for teachers and gives many tips and tricks for how to use this activity pack with students. Included in this activity bundle, you will receive two variations of flashcards that prompt students to apply their prior knowledge of the addition doubling strategy to multiplication by two. There are also two variations of printable practice sheets that can be used with a variety of manipulatives to make this a multisensory, interactive experience for students. Both the flashcard sets and practice pages are available to be printed full-page or multiple to a page so you can choose what works best for you and your students.
